Leasing and Application Process

Tours may be scheduled online here.

No documents are required to submit an application; however, proof of employment or income will be required during the approval process.

Applicants must demonstrate income equal to at least two times the monthly rent.

Yes. All residents are required to maintain renter’s insurance with a minimum of $100,000 in personal liability coverage. The community must be listed as an “Interested Party” or “Party of Interest” using the following address: Wyldewood Gosling – Greystar Resident Insurance PO Box 115009 Carrollton, TX 75011-5009

The approval process typically takes between 1–3 business days, depending on communication and documentation provided by the applicant.

We offer lease terms ranging from 6 to 12 months.

Yes. Background and credit screenings are completed as part of the application process.

Pricing, Fees, & Deposits

We do not require traditional security deposits. Instead, we partner with Jetty, a non-refundable bond program based on screening results. For cost details, please contact us or view our Fee Guide on the Floorplans page.

Utilities are not included in the monthly rent.

Residents are responsible for: 

• Water

• Trash services 
• Pest control

Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with a grace period through the 4th. Accepted payment methods include:

Move-In, Lease Terms

We offer from 6-12 lease terms.

Residents must provide: 

• Proof of electric service setup 
• Proof of renter’s insurance 
• Move-in payment

No. Subletting and lease transfers are not permitted.
A 60-day written notice is required prior to move-out.
